I recently held my wedding, reception and post-wedding brunch at the Marlowe Hotel. From the very start, Rachel and the planning team was welcoming, accommodating and super friendly to work with. They offered great suggestions, were extremely communicative and responsive, and on top of every detail. The rest of the staff were extremely professional, gracious and helpful throughout our stay. They made us and our guests feel right at home. And the food? It was exceptional! Our guests are still raving about the reception appetizers, entrees and brunch options the following day! Everything and everyone exceeded our expectations and the entire weekend couldn’t have gone more smoothly. Highly recommended for a wedding, special event, dinner or overnight stay!

They overcharged us $400 and have not been responding to our calls. If they do respond, we are put on hold for a long time. It’s been 2 weeks of waiting. The location of the hotel was perfect but we are dissatisfied with the customer service.

Food portions were small and food cold even though you choose a pickup time. The prices are steep enough that you should never pickup food that is cold and sitting on a table ready 15 minutes before scheduled time
