I hated the food. Gross, cheap ingredients that taste like they used a microwave to cook. The pour your own beer wall is overpriced and hard to use which makes you spend more. I will never go back. Awful.

We hosted a work party with over 40 people here. The catering team was super easy to work with and helped us every step of the way. When the day of our event came, everything went smoothly, and the Craft Food Halls team was even able to adjust the plan around some last-minute timeline changes without any issues. This was a great place to get a large group together, and they are totally willing to work with you to give you exactly what you are looking for.

Very nice! Outdoor part is in the middle of traffic, but the inside is big and very nice.

Elijah is the best bartender in town! Always a delight and chill environment.
I get overwhelmed in a lot of bar spaces but he always make me feel welcome!
Editing to add, I've been through here probably a hundred+ times and there is consistent quality.
Thanks for the awesome hang out yall.

Amazing vibe, very spacious, kind and classy staff members, and honestly the most amazing burger on the East Coast. (The Smash Burger)
I'm not kidding on the burger. This burger puts filet mignon burgers at $20.00 and above similarly priced burgers in fine dining establishments to shame.
This burger and its chefs deserve IG reel highlights and food critic awards.

Hosted a surprise 40th birthday party on Super Bowl Sunday. Luckily the snow storm didn’t impact the event and parking was easy in the Alewife garage (free that day but usually $3 weekend rate). Venue was clean and we practically had the space to ourselves so the kids were able to freely explore and play ping pong. Paddy was our event contact that day and was accommodating throughout our time there and helped clear confusion regarding the hosted bar. Elijah was the bartender that evening and was knowledgeable/hospitable. Food was flavorful- Ordered Parmesan and Jamaican jerk wings, pork tacos, and a margarita pizza. Would definitely come back in the summer when they expand the outdoor seating.

Took over 30 minutes for a burger, order yourself, get everything yourself, cold no thought corporate decor. Overall just another meh concrete floor and sprayed black ceiling place. The only love you feel is the money they put in their pockets 🤷

In a nutshell: Visit and visit often, incredible service, family-friendly, excellent selection of food (for multiple dietary needs) and drinks (non-alcoholic and alcoholic)--won't break your budget either!
We have been visiting CFH Cambridge since it opened in 2024 and we are NEVER disappointed when we go. The food is delicious (pizza is especially out of this world) and they have vegetarian and vegan options. They also have a huge variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks (even have non-alcoholic beer in their pour wall). Although this location is smaller than some of their other locations, there is plenty of room inside, games included (ping pong, shuffle board) and outside (weather permitting).
Highly recommend getting on their rewards program (I have already received free food and merchandise as part of rewards) and their newsletter, where they share their events across the CFH community. We ended up going to Oktoberfest, where they had a special menu and live music, really fun!
The staff is really incredible. They remember who you are, always very friendly, exceptional customer service. We recently showed up with a large group and hosted an impromptu get together, which we were in communication with Vinny about. Not only did they accommodate us, but they also made sure everything was going well throughout the event (Veronica & Elijah, plus the dining staff). It feels like we are visiting friends & neighbors.
Occasionally I will go during off hours (like 11am/Noon), get a coffee and do some work here + eat lunch--and I have to admit it is a great vibe, plus the coffee is surprisingly very good (and strong).
I am personally so grateful to have CFH Cambridge in the neighborhood. It has increased our quality of life and ability to connect with our community.

Service gets 1 star because you pour your own beer from tap, and you pick up your own food when it’s ready. Because there is no food service you don’t have to tip. Every time I goit’s the manager who give the beer cards and I know the managers and kitchen staff is getting paid at least minimum wages.
Parking: It’s surrounded by apartments and businesses which have their own parking. You can park at alewife’s garage and walk.

I hosted a college sports team dinner of 30+ here. Restaurant was very responsive and gave me different options for buffet incl. gluten free and vegetarian. Food was excellent (steak, pasta, salads) and atmosphere casual and fitting for a sports team. Parking was the only challenge, and we had to do in paid station parking across the street.

Good food place. Simple to order via their web app. Standard food choice. French fries were quite bad.
