Second time I missed my train because they moved the pick up location behind the counter. You have to wait for one of the very busy employees to stop what they’re doing to get you the order. They almost always have to have their back to all the customers waiting to pick up their mobile orders. This was a very poor decision and I can’t understand the rationale. If it’s theft, that’s built into the cost. Loss is something unfortunate you deal with in business. What you don’t do is alienate the paying loyal customer because of 1 bad egg. This seams like bad decision by management. Oh well, there are about 100 more locations on my way to work. Shame because I always liked all the kind employees at this location.

This place is so dirty. Pigeon feathers everywhere! They even have a statue to scare away the pigeons. You’re looking death in the eyes if you order from here

I arrived at perfect timing to pick up my friend from their train only to find out it was delayed much longer than I was allowed to sit in the passenger pickup spot.
But then I caught the Dunkin' Donuts only parking. No line because it was between trains, parking when I needed it most, and a quick snack before heading on instead of paying for parking :)
Also super friendly service!!!

I recently move to alewife. It took the lady 5 minutes to come and take my order I snuck my head and she was on her phone. She was extremely rude and didn’t meet my requirements I will never go back.
