Literally the worst Dunkin'. I have been here multiple times solely based on location because it is convenient and on my way to work (I LOVE DUNKIN ICED COFFEE) I usually suck it up and push through the terrible service, dirty inside, etc. After my stop here this week, I will never go back. I order online to go one tea, sandwich and 6 donuts. I had to wait for the donuts, order was incomplete Left and open my sandwich in the car, it was the wrong sandwich. I had to come back and wait over 10 minutes to get a new sandwich No manager or supervisor to talk to. Simply awful DO NOT ORDER ONLINE
I like DD and almost have no issue with it but all that I am going to say is that today I was served cold old hash brown I was in a hurry and when I get to eat them in 5 minutes they were like rocks and not even hot. I was very disappointing and not happy. Please DD in Central Sq. have your new employees well trained for when they are serving people food that they do it correctly. No one wants to eat cold old hash brown or hash brown that probably was there for a long time.Thanks.
