Loved the atmosphere. They have great variety of pastries. Highly recommend the sticky sticky bun!! We also tried Honey milk cake and banana bread they were ok I liked them better the next day when I took the leftovers. I had dirty matcha and I liked it! A bit pricey for this order we paid 45$ but we were happy ^^

Everything phenomenal - from Joanne to Stella, make it happen everywhere. The sandwiches, the seasonal variety, where else do you get that?

The food has good flavors; however, the customer service could be warmer and more engaging, and improving the cleanliness would enhance the experience.
The management should be a better job at kicking out inconsiderate customers that hoard their tables to read or work when there are other customers waiting to eat. Change your policy, otherwise you lose good customers that don't return.

Would be 5-star, but the Wi-Fi is really unreliable. Bad wifi is a cardinal sin for this type of work-from-cafe establishment. Broken on multiple devices, staff unable to fix it, happens regularly. Dunno what else to say--invest in better IT or lose customers.

The best avocado toast ever! It was super delicious. Good coffee and is a place with huge windows that let the sunlight in! It was just amazing!!! Love it

This bakery has a lot of different fresh baked goods that are very delicious. They have the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had. I like that they have seasonal drinks, some are better than others. The food is average at best, a tad bit on the pricey side for mid food. Most of the employees are nice, while others display micro aggressions. Unfortunately, because of that reason, I will not be returning to this location. I also was a regular customer here.

I ordered coffee, pastries and quiche for delivery from Flour on a snowy Sunday morning, and the delivery driver (toast) forgot the coffees. I had just decided to let this go but then, Flour called and had remade the coffees and minutes after that the manager herself shows up in her personal car with my coffees that were left behind. Such incredible service in this day and age. And such good food.

This is my favorite flour location and that’s saying a lot because I love all flours!! I have been coming here for the past two or three years and have always felt so welcomed and taken care of by the staff who are especially sweet and fun here. They go out of their way to help people and the service is fast:) it’s less crowded and more spacious than other flours and good for working! Sometimes the music can be a bit loud to take calls but I’ve taken them there anyway. My favorite food items are the apple cake, vegan carrot muffin, spelt scone, labneh, sweet potato sandwich (fall) , carrot sandwich (spring summer I think), and pecan cranberry roll ($1.50!) Special shoutout to Kathryn and Stella for being the best!!
Average pastries, poor coffee. Nothing special, just another cafe chain
I’m going to let my pictures paint thousands of words.
