We arrived early to enjoy cocktails. Room was made for us at the bar. Cocktails were excellent. When or reservation time rolled around, we were given a choice of tables and seated promptly. Service was excellent and food outstanding. After, we went back to the bar and enjoyed conversation with the bar tenders, who were very knowledgeable, friendly, good teachers, and generous. Great night!
This spot is always a favorite — if not for the food, then certainly for the atmosphere. The service is consistently impeccable, and the menu offers a wonderful range of choices, from vegetarian dishes to meats and fish. On this visit, we started with the salad topped with goat cheese croquettes, which was divine, and the roast chestnut agnolotti. For our mains, we both chose fish — the swordfish and the halibut. This was our first time at Harvest. Our party of five all loved our meals including a burger, crabmeat eggs benedict, and omelette. Everything was made with fresh ingredients and arrived in a timely manner. Our waiter was as very friendly and never rushed us. The patio was warm & cozy even on a November afternoon. Would be repeat customers next time we're in Cambridge!
