I am a Southerner! The food here IS southern!!! They feature Duke's Mayonnaise, which is lemony DELICIOUS on everything that it touches!!! Pimento Cheese served with a sleeve of Ritz Crackers, Fried Chicken, biscuits & honey, Nashville HOT sandwich, everything!!! Drinks are expert! Service is wonderful in this BUSY place!!! Tuesday, is Blues Night, and live performances!!!

Went for dinner. Arrived around 6:30 on a Saturday evening. Surprised at how empty it was. Interesting / funky cafeteria vibe. Cool bar area. Food was good. For apps we had clear brook oysters, roasted oysters, pickled green beans, pimento cheese and buttermilk biscuits. Roasted oysters were very good and the pimento cheese was also surprisingly good. For entrees, we shared the Lower Broadway and Dragon Dance chicken sandwiches. Both were good.

I really wanted CRISPY fried chicken ! I got it :) I order two pieces drumstick and thigh and real vinegar potato salad and a regulator salad too .... the sauces are plenty I like the soy chili garlic ..... the price was cheap 22 bucks ! Perfect meal I was full ..... shoutout to Kevin great suggestions for sauces
