One of the best music venues in the Greater Boston area as far as an intimate musical experience with the performers. For many years it's been my favorite place to see live music.No complaints about the food, it's good to have a spot like this where you can have some food, drink, and enjoy some good music in a close setting.
It's always a warm and inviting atmosphere at the Lizard Lounge. The Sunday night Open Mic / Poetry Slam is exceptional and the crowd gets involved. The trio that plays behind the performers are pure magic. Fun is had by all.
Parking: There is a very small parking lot, but street parking is ample. The Lizard Lounge is also accessible by the T's Red Line with a bit of walking to get to the venue.

Been here once and so far I love the atmosphere! Food is pretty good and there's a small bar. The people here are supportive and they encourage artists to speak their mind uncensored
