So I did a refund and it never got refunded it actually charged to my bank account ... So I feel like you guys stole from me and hopefully someone does something about it to rectify this if not then I'm going to have to call corporate

*The manager was an hispanic women I ordered 09/12 at 08:45 about 5’5, the staff male had a star tattoo on their neck order number was #CQ37 I visited a nearby McDonald’s to pick up an order my partner placed through the app. This is not the first time we have used the app and I’ve picked up the order. However, during this visit, the staff questioned whether I actually had an order despite me providing both the order number and my partner’s name. They subjected me to unnecessary “tests” to prove the order was mine, which felt like profiling. No apology was given, and the staff dismissed the issue as a “glitch.” This experience was frustrating, unprofessional, and unacceptable. If McDonald’s intends to serve the community, staff should demonstrate cultural competence and treat customers with respect. I will be calling corporate to hold the Manager who enable her
