Absolutely loved Pagu! The food was delicious, the space is beautiful and most of all the staff were incredible! Not pretentious at all and clearly is a place that wants to serve great food both for the neighborhood and any visitors in town. It’s been a while since I went out in Cambridge due to lots of recent travel, and I’m so chose Pagu recently and have now re-discovered it! I’ll be frequently returning to this lovely spot. Run don't walk to Pagu for absolutely scrumptious food that weaves together Japanese and Spanish Basques Cuisines! A must order is the Tuna Collar - I've never had anything like it - it's huge, great for a crowd, bone-suckingly good (literally have done that) served with rice and nori! Also make sure you don't miss Tracy Chang's homemade nonalcoholic sparking teas - my favorites are the genmaicha and the hojicha - again I've never tasted a drink like...
