Fast service and friendly staff. Grabbed an iced mocha and croissant with a quick turn around to get out and catch a bus to go about my day. Plenty of seating if you're not on the go and prefer to sit and

I personally don’t like pavement that much, the bagels are really pretty, but they don’t taste that good. The bagel bread is really hard sometimes. And it’s so hard to chew, I don’t recommend the bagels. I haven’t had the coffee before, but that might be good. I also heard that the service is really slow a lot of the time, waiting over 10 minutes for a singular bagel when this is supposed to be a quick grab and go food. Also, it’s in the Smith Centre which isn’t the best place to serve food.

Consistent Pavement quality in a more open and airy location. There are many places to sit down and even bring your laptop for the day.

The coffee here is not bad. I think it has potential but isn't amazing. The espresso tasted a bit like it hadn't been dialed in a while but I did come in the afternoon so maybe that's why. It was still a little off because I could taste it was slightly off in an iced flavored latte.Coffee aside. The place is super cute and friendly. I like coming here because it's just bright and cute.

Great bagels!! Drinks are on the pricier side it seems. Atmosphere feels cold and corporate, so compared to other cafes in the area it’s nothing amazing, as far as sit and eat goes. But the bagels are definitely worth it to-go.

Pretty solid pavement---the space itself is in the Harvard Smith student center, so the atmosphere isn' the vibiest (if you will). However, its certainly a convenient location. The coffee itself is pretty good, I am a big fan of the seasonal cinnamon fig latte, although it is on the sweeter side which is sometimes not ideal. The service is on the slower side as well.

Great clean and modern location with delicious coffee and pastries. The upstairs loft offers a great view of the busy outdoor plaza. It’s a high traffic area on weekends but the ordering line moves quickly.

Sadly I cannot visit here again because I felt unsafe. I’m not sure if this person was homeless or had mental health issues, but they offered me some kinda card that talked about their supposed profession. It made me feel very uncomfortable. It felt like it was either a scam or something worse. Management here may want to monitor people infringing on other customer’s personal space while in the cafe.
The food is good, but overpriced. The coffee is decent but nothing overwhelming. I understand that I went in on a busy Sunday, but it should not take 20 minutes to make a bacon egg and cheese and a coffee. The owner should consider hiring another person to streamline the operation. I will not be returning as there are better options in terms of price and time.

The folks working here are very friendly and the ordering was pleasant- but waiting for the simple coffee order took a very long time. Normally I’d walk away but to be fair it was very busy and with one person making all the beverages…. Also they got my order wrong. Sigh. Great environment though.

Conveniently located in the middle of Harvard Square to grab a cup of coffee or bagel. Wait times can be long since Pavement is a popular choice for students. Love the Spanish latte - it's perfectly sweet and creamy!!

The vegan tofu cream cheese is the best I’ve ever had!! However, the bagel tasted like a blah grocery store bagel with the wrong texture.
