Impossible Onion Burger
Oklahoma style! Two flat impossible patties griddled with white onion and topped with american cheese, dill pickles, and yellow mustard on a Central Bakery roll. Served with fries.
Nashville Hot Fried Chicken
Inspired by Prince's in Nashville, a three-piece buttermilk-brined chicken dinner (drumstick, thigh, and bone-in breast) tossed in our Nashville HOT sauce & served with served with sauteed broccolini and bread and butter pickles. Not sure about the heat? Get the sauce on the side or add a side of blue cheese! *Hot chicken does contain pork lard in it's production.
Chicken Katsu Sandwich
Our take on a classic Japanese sando! Fried chicken katsu, shredded cabbage, housemade katsu sauce, pickled shiitake mushrooms, and mayo on a Central Bakery roll. On gluten-free bread, this sandwich is okay for non-severe gluten allergies; the crispy breading on the chicken is gluten-free! Served with fries.

My new favorite restaurant spot in Cambridge. I went three times in the week I was working at MIT. All the dishes are good. Their katsu sandwich is probably the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The oysters are fresh. The fried chicken has so much flavor (if you get Nashville hot you'll enjoy it too but through tears of pain)

As great as the food is, I'll praise the service more. Jess especially is an amazing server. She has that magnetic aura...

Easily the most aesthetically appealing bar I’ve ever been in. A great restaurant disguised as a vintage dive bar, but not in a pretentious way. Interesting drink options on the menu.

It’s a little loud in there but the food is top notch. Everything was made very well and delicious. Buttermilk biscuits? Flaky with incredible slightly sweet butter. Fried chicken? Perfect batter and tender inside. Collards with butter? Omg.
Rancho Gordo beans? So yum. Really a pleasure to eat at a place that just delivers excellence.
