Worked in Medford center when the first one went up. The staff and owners were super personable and helpful there and then (circa 2015). Always looked forward to a torta for lunch on a Friday. And friendly service. Moved southward and hadn't eaten there in years.
Went to this location today and staff were unfriendly and not accommodating. Refused to make nachos for my 6 YO daughters. They have all the ingredients to do so but refused and were pretty rude...

Not bad. Not great, either.
Decent, large carne asada burrito - can feed two smaller appetites. Salsa was not good - definitely not with the $5 small bag of chips + salsa.

Seriously, get the carnitas enchilada plate with molé sauce and you’ll keep coming back for more. I love the fish tacos as well. I haven’t had much else on the menu so I can’t say more except the service is great, too. Some folks are a bit shy but a smile always helps!
