Had a long day of travel from NJ, we’re stuck in our hotel room for the moment- Got Cheesecake Factory off of Door Dash for a king’s ransom because we haven’t had it in years. They completely missed part of my order. Woof.

Called twice for an order the first time I got hang up on the second time start placing the order as soon as I says for takeout they hang up. I go in person to place the order. Same treatment for take out order

Went here on a Sunday night. While it was crowded we were sat before our estimated time of 45 minutes. Actually it was half that. The server JJ was personable and attentive. The menu selection is so vast they have a little bit of everything. Everyone will find a dish they like here. The bar made my cocktail perfectly in fact the best one I’ve ever had. The portion was plentiful everyone at the table brought their food home. I was happy with this resturant and reccomend it. If I’m back in the area I for sure will come again.

We were here just before Christmas and there was no wait, the food was great, and the service was quick! Short walk to the museum of science if you need a place to eat other than the museum cafe.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergy was perfectly fine here.

JJ the server treated us really good the service was flawless. I can’t wait to go back. I was at the Cambridge location and JJ made us feel good.

Overall terrible experience. I waited around 20
minutes for a sever to get us drinks and bread. Place our order 15 minutes after, to not only 20 minutes later for them to tell us they ran out of the certain food we ordered. We reorder and wait another 30 minutes and still received no food, no service nothing. I would not recommend… it wasn’t even a busy night. The manager said “do you know how restaurant business is, relax” he was so condescending and rude to us.

Jade was fantastic! We appreciate her taking care of the party well and putting up with my dry humor.

Food had its highs and lows. speaking from what I ordered, my pasta was overcooked but the protein was great and the flavor was also really good.

Drinks - ordered a shake but the manager JC didn’t want to sacrifice some ice cream to make a happy customer so thanks for the hospitality. Opted out for the hot chocolate to which I assumed was going to be rich based off of the calories. To put it bluntly, it sucked. Watered down and had no clue where the 800 calories were coming from? The whip cream? Diet Coke was CRISPY though.

Dessert - got a Godiva chocolate cheesecake with a glass of milk that was so rich and delicious. Chocolate was thick but not fudge thick. Creamy and smooth.
Also got Jades recommendation to go, a white chocolate berry something something and it hit so hard at 5 am in the morning! Thanks Jade!

Overall good experience. Jade was fantastic and had great recommendations. JC the manager, do better..

After a kitchen error on our order the manager and server went above and beyond to right the error. Have not had service this great in a long time. Thanks for making a great day even better!

Me and my family had fun here, the staff are really nice and even though they were very busy, they still got food out. I especially love the bread! However, their food is normal. There was nothing very special about it. Don't get me wrong, it wasn't bad, but I could've cooked like that too. At that point, it's like why am I spending money if I could just cook. It was a fun experience, though. I will still come back as my family and I had fun and really joined together. Also, at least I don't have to cook for once.

The Cheesecake Factory lived up to expectations, with cuisine faithful to what you find in the other establishments of the chain. However, a small downside: the rice was not great that day.
