The Cheesecake Factory

We arrived early but they quickly arranged a table for us. They are very friendly and welcoming.
Their menu is really impressive, evryone can definitely find something they like from the long menu.
From the appetizers to main course, everything is great; the portion is huge for 2 people if you are not a big eater, and no doubt their cheesecakes are phenomenal!
Only thing I’d like to suggest is both of the pasta and steak are a little bit overcooked, but still delicious, so no problem.
Will definitely go back for their cheesecakes.

This place does not turn the heat on its snowing out and the guest are sitting in fleece and full jackets not very comfortable.

I want to use this space to shine some light on Amber who is a manager at this location. I ran into a complication with a delivery order past closing and Amber was very accommodating through the shenanigans with DoorDash and even gave me some additional options for my meal based on dietary restrictions that the app didn’t ask about. This is less of a food review (the food always is good here, I’ve never had a bad meal from this particular location) and more of a service review and staff highlight! Shoutout to Amber 👑

African American girl working at the bakery in the afternoon of Dec 21st went the extra mile to ensure that the cakes we purchased were in optimum condition for the time of serving. I regret not getting her name, but I hope management sees this and gives her the commendation and thanks she deserves.

It's my favorite restaurant ever! When I visit Dubai, I always go to Cheesecake factory. So happy that there are such a wonderful restaurant in Boston and Cambridge. Food, service and vibes are awesome. Love it!

Very rude service. The host had a horrible attitude with me when I was checking in. He wears his hair in a bun. When I came back to check in and he called my name I said yes he gave me a horrible look. If he doesn’t like his job he should quit. I’m very disappointed in the service I received. I love going here but that made rethink ever coming back. Your staff needs to be trained in customer service. Food was not good, very sloppy presentation and taster horrible.. I come here before and never dealt with this. There needs to be a change.
