This cheesecake factory is like all the other ones, solid food. Nice atmosphere, good service.
I’m doing DoorDash. I went inside and the girl at the entrance directed me to someone else. She was working alone, and just telling her that I had a pickup order took 15 minutes of my time. There’s no parking available, and overall it’s a very bad experience for delivery drivers. We’re trying to make money, and this is really not okay.
We had an amazing lunch. Our waitress was exceptionally attentive and helpful. All food was great and Cheesecake Factory Pinot Grigio was a treat. Very kids-friendly and welcoming.
TERRIBLE MANAGER AND SERVICE - DO NOT GO.
Long-term Cheesecake factory customer and fan. Arrived alone and 75%-80% of tables were empty. I asked for a table, and was not allowed and made to sit at the bar high tops.
I asked to speak to the manager. A gentleman with an Afro came over, arrogant in posture and tone, completely unconcerned and unwilling to help. He stated a nonsense policy, and refused to give me a table despite all being empty (see photos).
There was small tables right next to me I could have been sat at and served. They just wanted to ruin my evening - it’s that simple. It is level 150 stupidity.
Is there a common sense department I can write to? Look at the photos. Can you imagine not giving a table when you have so many vacant?
I said to the manager politely ‘What you are doing is not nice’. He turned his back and walked away. What a disgrace of a supervisor. Leader and customer service training required.
Not coming back to Cheesecake Factory. I’m done with this treatment.
Making too much money, and have forgotten how to be human. Good riddance.
Today at around 7:10 PM the woman working at the dessert finisher/ order pickup counter was absolutely rude and obtuse.
First she ignored me and everybody else for about five minutes.
Then when told her I was picking up for Jennifer and she asked if it was a personal order and then sent me to the right side and ignored me for 10 minutes. Then when I finally got frustrated she finally looked up my order under my name, got it wrong twice, and then she found my order and said “ you should have said it was for DoorDash.”
Sorry that I had to read your mind- though judging by your utter room temperature IQ it wouldn’t have been an interesting read.
How about you don’t take $18 an hour rage out on everybody else?
I legit get terrible service every single time I come here. Today was no different. Never got any refills of our drinks never got checked in on even to ask if our meals where ok. Watched as our waiter would check in on neighboring tables and neglecting ours. The server who gave us out food literally slammed it down on the gable and then left. To finally get our bill and to pay for it added an additional 40 minutes to our stay! Not to mention everyone’s food was cold when we got it. Never coming to this location again.
I ordered Brazino from the seafood section but after about 30 minutes my waitress told me that the kitchen are out of Branzino. A manager came later and ask me to substitute it to a fish and chips which show that he doesn’t know the difference between Branzino and the other fish . When an item is out from the menu the chef posted in kitchen and let the manager and servers know.
Bad service from Addi not pleased with her service.
Excellent as always. Food was delicious. Service was kind. But I almost gave it a 1 star because I can't find The Eye of Sauron watching us eat. Only a little disappointed. 😆😉

I recently did a review in reference to a visit on Mothers Day and how your air vents not being cleaned interrupted us from staying as long as we wanted to. I gave a nice review as far as the server and such. The manager responded and stated that next time to let someone know of the seating I guess so we could have been moved. Let me be clear because the situation is being downplayed. Your ENTIRE restaurant was blowing out excessive dust which caused me to have an uptick of allergies and when we returned to the garage where there was better lighting my mother and I was covered in dust particles all over our black shirts! So moving us to another table would have not fixed the issue. Please have your vents cleaned! Simple! I was nice when I left the review but the response from the manager not taking accountability and apologizing for the uncomfortable experience and leaving that type of comment dismissing the problem has now ticked me off. Please clean your vents in the entire restaurant! And No we will not be back to this location due to your response. I don’t trust that you will get the air vents cleaned or change the filters which are located throughout the restaurant. I definitely don’t want to experience that again.
Visited on Mother’s Day with my family. Shawn was our server whom was awesome! My mom ordered a medium well steak and it came out over cooked and dry which the kitchen fixed right away and the recooked steak was deliciously juicy. My mom was happy. The only issue that was irritating and had us rushing to leave were your air vents on the ceiling that was blowing out dust. I’m allergic to excessive dust and I couldn’t enjoy the visit so we took the rest of our food togo. When we arrived back at the garage and in better light my mother and I noticed our black tops were covered in dust that came from the vents. Besides that we had a great time and we will be back to one of the locations in the future. We love the cheesecake and bought a few on our way out.
Fast service, large plates, and numerous dishes.
To long a wait for ok food.
