Second time visiting this location. First time I went there, my experience was positive. But today, the person who took my order was bad- lacks customer service. I told him that I would like felafel and before he pass my platter down to the second person I asked him if I could also get chicken as a second protein and he want off saying that I said felafel first not chicken. VERY pleasantly surprised by The Halal Guys in Porter Square as well as in Boston at the Park Square Building. I walked in thinking about my culinary experiences in Europe and found that they do a pretty good job in Porter Square as well. I ordered the Beef and Chicken Combo Gyro and was served a good sized portion for $11.99. They even have the huge slab of beef on a huge skewer behind the counter! I' ordered halal guys via delivery a couple of times so far and I'm a huge fan. It's the most perfect late night food. I got the falafel bowl, and it always comes with extra white and red sauce. All the ingredients seem fresh and always delicious!
