Yume Ga dishes out phenomenal udon focused on simplicity and quality. The ordering is straight forward: hot/cold; with/without broth; and spicy/no spicy. That’s it! Their dishes have incredible depth in flavor, fragrance, and texture with every single bite, with the star being how they prepare their chewy udon. They are nationally recognized for a reason!
This place was highly recommended to me and I thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. This is some of the best udon I’ve had.

The flavor of the broth is good and we liked the noodles, but the beef was vey fatty, like 50% fat with very little meat. I don’t even like beef but its the only thing available so the fat was not enjoyable for me. The egg was good but costs extra, making the meal fairly expensive for what you get.
