They have 2 types of ramen pork and vegan. For pork you get a choice of 2 pieces or 5 pieces. Long lines start around 6 so get there earlier or after 7:30ish for a shorter wait. No reservations. Very cute mission driven, it’s optional to share your dream with the room. Also no phones allowed, they will ask kindly to put it away.
We queued in the cold outside for around 15mins on a Saturday evening. Hence, expectations was definitely higher which in my opinion I think it did not meet. They only serve 1 singular dish which I respect that hence making it even more critical to meet everyone's taste bud. The taste is one dimensional, only hitting the rich and salty category. This shop reminds me of the time I lived and studied in Japan for more than 2 years for my MSc in Civil Engineering. With its Japanese noodle styles, broth soup, thick noodles, and bean sprouts and cabbage, it's so yummy and delicious, and it brings back memories! Love it!
