Our cafe au laits were excellent but the waffles? Meh. Three of us ordered one waffle (to share) with chocolate and added a scoop of ice cream and it was almost $12 with tax. I wouldn’t mind the price. But the waffle was quite unremarkable and very small for the price. However, I’d go back for coffees because the place smells amazing.
Waffles are really really good. Service is alright nothing special but also not bad. Shop is tight and often full so usually hard to find seating. I prefer to eat outside on the benches anyways so it works out. Waffles are actually lovely and I often find myself coming back for them!
Pleasant and cosy space. Very nice mugs and plates. Staff were helpful and friendly when I asked for plain tea (no milk) which was not an option on the order tablet. Very good Earl Grey tea and the waffles are excellent.
