This was our second time at this diner. The first time we came in on a busy day yet our server was very friendly and efficient and food was good. Thats why we decided to come here again. We came in around 9 am today when there were only a handful other people. There were two female servers. One was just plain rude and behaving like she was doing us a favor by waiting our table. The other server was polite initially but almost asked us to pack and leave 30 minutes post receiving our orders even though a lot of tables were still empty. Overall, this was a horrible experience and we wont be returning here. So unfortunate that a place with good food and potential loses business because of poor service.

Cozy and spacious atmosphere and friendly staff. Food was great too, they have good classic omelettes and one of the best eggs benedicts I’ve tried. The Greek french toast was also tender and not too sweet.

Cozy Cambridge diner that is fairly well priced given the area. The coffee is fine. We recommend the eggs Benedict. We do not recommend the haddock sandwich because we didn’t care much for the breading. Staff are friendly. This spot does not feel touristy. It’s on the bottom level of the building but it has a ramp if someone can’t do stairs.

Food is average at best if comparing to the cost per meal which is kind of high. Ordered a turkey sub and opened the container to find that the ingredients were pretty much thrown on top of the bread, ONE tomato slice, overflowing with pickles, and very little mayo. I've had other dishes that were just 'okay'. Its like they don't really try. Now mine was a mobile order so maybe the dine-in customers get better food. Not sure, but I regret putting in the tip beforehand.
Went to this restaurant today for lunch with a friend who had eaten here before (was my first time eating here). The menu had many choices to choose from which was nice! Our appetizers and food came to the table pretty quickly when we were ready for them and the waiter was great in checking that we had everything we needed occasionally. The cost for our meals were reasonable and readily available. The atmosphere was comfortable and pleasant so it made my experience happy and at ease. Would come back to try something else in the future and I would definitely suggest this place to friends as a go to place to eat.

A yummy university diner with really lovely staff.Their waffles, eggs, etc. etc. are so good. On weekends, this is where several undergrads and grad students (at Harvard) congregate and its super busy. But they serve good food. No pretenses. And the staff are lovely. Get to know them. And tip them well.
