“I often go to Dunkin for Iced Tea, and I'm often disappointed. THIS is the best tea I've had in a long time! It's so fresh and clean, and their donuts happen to be fresher than most as well. Nice job manager!

“I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff and manager of this Dunkin. When I walked in there was a woman screaming at the staff that she couldn’t wait for Trump to deport them all. The reason? Her bacon was cold and her friend’s coffee tasted watery. She demanded to see the manager and the manager met these two people with so much grace and kindness. The other employees continued to provide incredible service to the other patrons in line like it was business as usual. I hope this team is able to be recognized in some way for their outstanding levels of grace in a very ugly situation.“
