Dunkin' Donuts in Canton

“We went there late in night and opted to choose for 2 burger meals, chicken snack and 3 coke. For we 3 members.
We all liked the fries and burgers very much.
We took drivein option and enjoyed the food a lot. Only thing I didn't likes this time is that that lady didn't took our order clearly and later to get what ever we wanted, we had to explain this again very clearly.
May be because of late night shift, all this happened.
Finally we got what ever we wanted.
Burger King is always preferable if u need a vegan choice.“

“I was blown away by the professionalism of the staff and manager of this Dunkin. When I walked in there was a woman screaming at the staff that she couldn’t wait for Trump to deport them all. The reason? Her bacon was cold and her friend’s coffee tasted watery. She demanded to see the manager and the manager met these two people with so much grace and kindness. The other employees continued to provide incredible service to the other patrons in line like it was business as usual. I hope this team is able to be recognized in some way for their outstanding levels of grace in a very ugly situation.“

“Always very polite... I would just like to offer some feedback for a well-rounded experience. Please fix soap dispenser in men's bathroom so that it is operational and also make more frequent toilet paper checks. Second time I've had to ask for toilet paper. Again, very polite and were very willing to get some, but should probably be checked by the closer or opener. Thanks!“
