“Recently a friend posted on social media about the Butternut donut. So I decided to get one and try. Never had it before. It was denser than others and a bit on the hard side. Not my favorite donut. But I said I tried it. It was easy to order via the mobile app. My order was ready within minutes.“
“This Dunkin is the best in the city, IMO. Better seating/atmosphere than the others. All the coffee and food always comes out perfect; never had an order come out wrong, missing anything, or made sloppily. The baristas are super nice and friendly, too, and always professional. My son and I do a weekly mother/son brunch at Dunkin then go shopping, and this is our favorite one to go to.Vegetarian options: My son and I both really love the avocado toast, veggie egg white omelette bites, and the hash browns. Neither of us eat any meat, but we do eggs and dairy. The avo toast and hash browns are vegan friendly though. There's other vegetarian options, but those are our faves. Also wish they'd bring back that tomato pesto grilled cheese. Those were amazing.Kid-friendliness: I have a toddler who's always with me, and he loves the food and always has a nice time. There's also high chairs available.Wheelchair accessibility: Entrances and bathrooms are easily accessible. I don't have anyone with a wheelchair in my family, but I bring my son in his stroller, and I'm able to roll him right in. Ramps, wide enough doors, all that good stuff. No automatic doors though.“
“I would like to thank this particular Dunkin for finally making me realize that there is absolutely no reason to go to ANY Dunkin in the city of Brockton or in general tbh. This was the last hope to receive any consistency, which unfortunately now has converted into a model of inconsistency like the rest of Dunkins in Brockton- rude staff, wrong orders (3 this wk alone) and if actually correct, food is over/under cooked. So thank you for allowing me to save over $40/ wk and $2K a year going forward simply by never letting Dunkin ruin a morning treat ever again:)“
“The employees at 1775 Main Street Dunkin are my absolute favorite there! I'm a regular and they all recognize me the second I walk in! More than half the time I go in there they see my face and IMMEDIATELY start making my coffee! And they are all the sweetest girls there. and the tall guy who always makes my hash browns always throw a couple extra in there and I absolutely love & appreciate him for that. I've had problems at all the dunks in the surrounding area. And not once has my coffee been wrong. Now that is incredible! I will always recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone who asks! 10 outta 5 stars for me!“
“This is my favorite Dunks from Boston to Brockton. This location makes my coffee to perfection!!!.. I think this should be the training hub. They aren't friendly, but they aren't unfriendly either... it's like come get what you want and keep it pushing ? . But they do make sure you're all set. And as long as my order is right and I'm not treated bad .... it's a WIN!“

“it blows my mind to see any bad reviews on the store because they are literally the only store that can make an iced mocha latte correctly I've gone to six or seven other Dunkin' Donuts in the area. I live in Whitman and I go all the way to Brockton to get my coffee every day! the staff has been there forever they know your name after coming in a couple times. I don't even have to walk in the door and my coffee will already be made! if I do a mobile order the second they see my name they know exactly what I want. I always get a large iced mocha latte with extra mocha whole milk and sugar and it's not a hard drink to make but no other Dunkin' Donuts can't seem to do it correctly at all I always have to go back in and have it remade two or three times before I just end up giving up and losing five dollars...this is the only location that I can drive away without tasting my coffee and know that it's correct. The best part is if there's a new staff and they see them making it incorrectly they will go over, remake the coffee, and show the new staff the correct way because if the espresso is poured in on top of the ice it ruins the entire drink I've never seen another location do that before 99% of the time and the other location they don't even put the espresso in the coffee so I end up with a very expensive chocolate milk. The staff really do care about their customers and deserve a lot more credit than they're receiving!“

“Maybe it's because I came when it was quiet, the place was spotless and I was greeted the moment I walked in, serviced immediately, they didn't have one of the items I was hoping to get they were apologetic and it felt sincere, honestly I wasn't expecting an apology, but it was incredibly professional and made me feel very valued as a customer.They made my drink in record time and the person who announced it was ready did it with a smile.Honestly this professionalism and service is something I expect more at a sit-down restaurant than at a quick stop like Dunkin. I've been thinking all Dunkin places have gone down hill, but tell corporate you all deserve a bonus because you have actually convinced me to come back to a Dunkin location.Parking: It's a small parking lot, but I've also never seen it full, it's mostly drive-thru, there is plenty of free street parking“
