“Are they going to this place for 2 years for my coffee the women that work they always get it right closest located inside of a 7-Eleven so it's really convenient and Jimmy the manager I am going to miss the 7-Eleven and Dunkin' donuts“
“I just wanted to say thank you to the person who ran my order to me on the train. I had left before getting my coffee and food because I was afraid to miss my train. You went above and beyond your job description, and I know there’s not many people that would have done that. I had accepted the loss of money but I never expected for someone to run and make sure I got my order. I wish I had gotten your name, but thank you again.“
“The employees at 1775 Main Street Dunkin are my absolute favorite there! I'm a regular and they all recognize me the second I walk in! More than half the time I go in there they see my face and IMMEDIATELY start making my coffee! And they are all the sweetest girls there. and the tall guy who always makes my hash browns always throw a couple extra in there and I absolutely love & appreciate him for that. I've had problems at all the dunks in the surrounding area. And not once has my coffee been wrong. Now that is incredible! I will always recommend this Dunkin Donuts to anyone who asks! 10 outta 5 stars for me!“
“Shout out to the crew working this morning as my order was a bit much but not one employee complained every employee working as a team/unit i was in drive thru my entire order was correct , fresh and not a single item missing ! Thank you so much to the morning staff this morning for the service and the speed !!!!!“
“This Dunkin is the best in the city, IMO. Better seating/atmosphere than the others. All the coffee and food always comes out perfect; never had an order come out wrong, missing anything, or made sloppily. The baristas are super nice and friendly, too, and always professional. My son and I do a weekly mother/son brunch at Dunkin then go shopping, and this is our favorite one to go to.
Vegetarian options: My son and I both really love the avocado toast, veggie egg white omelette bites, and the hash browns. Neither of us eat any meat, but we do eggs and dairy. The avo toast and hash browns are vegan friendly though. There's other vegetarian options, but those are our faves. Also wish they'd bring back that tomato pesto grilled cheese. Those were amazing.
Kid-friendliness: I have a toddler who's always with me, and he loves the food and always has a nice time. There's also high chairs available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Entrances and bathrooms are easily accessible. I don't have anyone with a wheelchair in my family, but I bring my son in his stroller, and I'm able to roll him right in. Ramps, wide enough doors, all that good stuff. No automatic doors though.“
“Earlier in the morning all we need is a morning motivation , and Melanie this beautiful and very efficient employee knows how to make it happen, always smiling make sure you got the correct order and most of all we leave happy 😃“
“Shoutout to the morning crew this morning ! From me placing my order to getting my order was smooth sailing. Im never one to write a review but the service i got this morning i had to. Thanks morning crew for your exceeptional customer service!! Yall rock. My order was PERFECT : ) !“
“Everyone in this Dunks location was so incredibly kind, positive, welcoming, helpful and in all-around great spirits. There was a super kind employee in bell bottom jeans who went out of their way to run my phone out to my car after leaving it on the counter. I was having a terrible day, and they really turned it around a bit. It’s wild the impact a little bit of kindness and a small kind gesture can have.“
“Service is great and this location in particular I been coming here since my early teens and now I am grown man so it's been a while. If you need something quick from Dunkins, I highly recommend this location! - SheCallsMeJuvi (YouTuber)“
“As a regular customer, I can always count on this location to get my order right. Every single visit, my food is made fresh and my drinks are made exactly the way I like them.
On the rare occasion that a mistake happens, the staff handles it instantly. They fix it quickly, with zero hassle and a great attitude. The team is consistently kind, friendly, and welcoming, which makes starting the morning here an absolute pleasure. Highly recommended for anyone who values great service and reliability!“
“I love this dunkins for many reasons
1) my order is always made to perfection, wraps never burnt or crunchy and coffee always made correctly and taste fresh
2) customer service always 10 out of 10, they always greet folks with smiles and great enegry/ vibes
3)They help me start my day off on a lovely note.
The morning crew is top notch especially during the crazy rush.
I hope I'm not jinxing myself but by far this is the best dunkins experience I've had in Brockton.“
“I walked into this location after a long hot morning to the happiest face and a service that would be compared to limousine service. I was taken back by the team as they all worked as a unit and in sync.
This place was clean and the food was exactly what I expected from dunks. If brockton can run on dunkin' they this city is winning. Special thanks to J she even referred a coffee for me.“
