It was served in a stone bowl which kept it hot and created a layer of exquisitely crunchy rice at the bottom. It’s a generous portion so I get to enjoy it again tomorrow too!“

“Tori Japan is probably the most affordable healthy meal you can find anywhere in Boston. You will pay under $11 includes taxes for chicken , shrimp, vegetables with rice. It always last me two meals because I can't eat the whole thing. The staff is kool never had any issues with disrespect. I go there about 3-5 times a month. I highly recommend them.“

“I can't think of a reason not to give 5 stars. We have been here 5 times in the last 6 years and it has been a lot of fun each time. The staff is awesome and welcoming, they put on a good show at the tables, and the food is on point. We visited last weekend and they cooked my tuna perfectly rare but seared. “What happened? Are there new owners? This used to be the best Chinese Restaurant on par with China Temple in Brookline. The people at the front desk are very rude & not at all welcoming, & the take out food was terrible ( no inside dining during CIVID). I don’t mind paying their new higher prices, but do not cut back on the food quality. You have lost a long time customer.“
