“I shop consistently at this location, never have had any issues except I don't think the GM that runs this location has compassion for his young staff. I am mainly there on weekends and there is only 1 poor kid on whenever I go in there. They are overwhelmed and I don't think it's fair with the growing customers and online orders to be understaffed in this location. I feel that is setting a very unprofessional example of management down the chain. Please treat your staff like your kids, care about their physical and mental well being sir or madman. If that were their child working there and you knew that their manager did not manage the staff to make sure there is coverage as well as the cleaning up at the ends of the shift I am sure has to be sanitized and wiped clean for the next business day. Just saying from an outsider looking at the situation you need to be more tentative to your young staff because you couldn't run that place without them! Just be smarter about it.“

“The smoothies are really yummy. They have good variety and protein options. They're each ~$9 give or take $1 and you get like 24oz which is a good size.

Tried an acai bowl and it was mid. ~$10 and didn't feel worth it. You can tell the acai portion was pre made for the day or frozen earlier because it has the slight freezer burn flavor. Fruit topping was good. Fine snack, but comparing to tbe smoothie, I'd rather get a smoothie. Buy acai bowls elsewhere.

“I ordered the waterworks juice which has beet juice and carrot juice, etc. It was fine. Priced about the same as any other juice shop, which is expensive. I also ordered the avocado toast, which was pretty much guacamole spread on toast. I got it on the sourdough bread which was nice and fresh. It tasted fine. Definitely overpriced at eight dollars for a slice of bread with some guacamole on it. Once again, the pricing is aligned with most other shops, but everything cost outrageous prices nowadays. I probably won’t go here again just because who the heck can afford eating out. It just seems everyone price gouges no matter where you go. You’ve got the money to spare. They do make a nice juice.“

They are incredibly generous (especially with the amount of meat for the Banh Mi) and it’s so delicious and fresh!! “I've now gone 3 times in the past two weeks and tried different flavor mochi donuts, taro milk tea, popcorn chicken and half half Korean potato corn dog. everything is super fresh, not overly sweet and flavorful. the Korean corn dog and popcorn chicken were super crispy on the outside but not overcooked, and packed with flavor. they are my new favorite restaurant in the area, and easily my "go to" for something quick.“

I've had them both spicy and not spicy, def go with spicy they just have sliced jalapenos in them but don't nuke your taste buds. I've had noodle soup dishes and vermicelli dishes from here as well and all taste very authentic and delicious. some ppl said this place lacks customer service, I personally think it adds to the restaurant IMO all the experiences I've had in places around Asia its always more about the food than customer service. My favorite is the no sugar added chocolate yogurt but my hubby's favorite is the strawberry cheesecake shake! He loves the smoothies too but the shake is his fav! Bottom line you have to try them. I actually stopped in because I needed change for the parking meters in Needham (which, unbelievably, still only take coins). I had no change, and the gentleman working there was incredibly kind and happily broke a bill for me.

Since he was so helpful, I decided to grab a Blueberry Blast while I was there…and wow, I’m so glad I did! It was absolutely delicious and tasted incredibly fresh.

They have had the best bagels by a long shot and I have traveled across the state to get their bagels, breakfast bagel, and smoked salmon which is spectacular! “I first visited this spot during their Milk & Mocha collaboration. I really enjoy the warm, cozy atmosphere here, and they did a wonderful job decorating the entire space to match the collaboration's theme.

I ordered the black sesame paste soup with rice balls and a waffle topped with bananas and matcha ice cream. The black sesame soup had a great nutty flavor and tasted not too sweet, which I appreciated. The waffle was perfectly crispy on the outside and soft inside. Not pictured in the photos, I also ordered the mango juice with sago and herbal jelly. The mango provided a lovely natural sweetness, and the sago was cooked to the perfect texture. This has easily become my favorite spot for late-night desserts since the treats are satisfying without feeling too heavy!“

“It's a small location. They are practicing social distancing with mask and take out only. We tried the new mojitos drinks which was mixed berry, mango Orange, and grapefruit citrus. They were all so favorful and sweet. There was pieces of fruit and mint in all of them . They were all carbonated. Service was good and price was reasonable“

Meanwhile, this location deserves the complete opposite. The staff are genuinely some of the sweetest, most patient people I’ve ever met. They’re always so kind and welcoming, and my drinks are consistently amazing every single visit. It’s honestly why I keep coming back again and again.
