I am a member here with my Japanese pastry company, Tanuki. I adore this community of talented, kind entrepreneurs I have gotten to meet. Tara and Ciaran are wonderfully supportive, organized and professional. I highly recommend this incubator to food entrepreneurs/ restaurateurs looking to take their first serious step into food business ownership!
