Was an impromptu first time visit and loved it. The back bar area was just my speed - quiet, intimate, and the playlist was on point. The bartender was attentive and the food runner was wonderful. Will be back in the near future to try more drinks and different dishes.
Everything was absolutely phenomenal! We started off with the Caesar salad, fried mozzarella w/ caviar, and the ceviche italiano. The mozzarella was a heavenly experience!!!! The ceviche was incredibly fresh and this is undoubtedly my new favorite Caesar salad. For mains we enjoyed the lamb rack and rigatoni al a vodka accompanied by the family side of carrots. We had the best night ever! Have been wanting to come to PRIMA forever. My mother and two best friends joined and we began our night in the Rose room then ate dinner in the Park room. I have celiac disease and the staff took it very seriously and knew what was safe for me to eat. We finished our night dancing in the Park room. PRIMA lives up to the hype - not only in ambience but the food is amazing and staff truly made our night so special. Thank you! A night we will never forget!!
