The Squire was a quaint place in Chatham. I was visiting from North Carolina and used to live in Massachusetts. This was my one opportunity to have seafood. Lobster more specifically jumped out at me. It was not cheap and I asked our waiter if it was good. He was a great, energetic person and shared that another table was just saying how good it was. Well it did not disappoint!! Well worth the price. I ordered the cold lobster roll. A mound of lobster that filled me up and satisfied...
If you’re into loud and local, this is an awesome spot. Unfortunately, the live band cranked up so much in the first few songs that we couldn’t hear each other or the waitperson.
We spent a couple of hours at the bar this past Sunday. A super friendly guy named Chatham was working at the bar and was excellent. Great food. Great conversations. Great vibe. Our son has some challenges, and Chatham went out of his way to make him feel like comfortable and welcomed. Chatham made himself a friend there. A great time, for sure.
