We recently visited the Squire for a few drinks while celebrating a Birthday. The bartender was terrific. He managed the whole back area with a smile and delivered food orders, too. We were impressed.

The Squire Shop offers a classic yet diverse dining experience. From cioppino to steak tips Greek salad, the food is excellent, including the famous French Dip with its savory au jus and fresh clam chowder. The atmosphere ranges from a loud bar to a quieter restaurant section. Enjoy oysters, calamari, seafood classics like shrimp and fish and chips, and great espresso. The bartenders provide friendly service, even replacing a wine glass with a fly in it. Whether you're with a large party or a couple, this spot is recommended for good food and drinks, including painkillers and a deftly poured Guinness.
