The food was absolutely amazing. But the truly exceptional part of the entire experience was Rafael our waiter. He was extremely knowledgeable about the dishes. We were very impressed with everything. Highly recommended!

My wife and I have been here both on and off season on Cape Cod. The food and service are the best on the Cape. Chef Isaac worked around our food preferences in a 7 course tasting meal. Raphael, the sommelier, comes up with great wine picks to pair with your menu even if you chose not to go with the official wine pairing offered. We will be back this summer and looking forward to it!!!

This continues to be one of our favorite restaurants on the Cape. Pricey, so we only come two to four times a year....but we always leave delighted, and wondering why we don't come more often.

Was completely blown away on all levels, service, ambiance, wine - champagne/wine list and most of all, the chef's four course meal. I've enjoyed meals, worldwide, from local cuisine to very high end. This might have been my personal best, again on all levels. Equally enjoyable, the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. Strongly encourage all to try Cuvée at least once and especially off season as extremely difficult to score a reservation in season.

We love everything about this restaurant and the proof is that we have dined there 7 times in 8 months. Yes, it's pricey, but the friendly staff, quality of the dishes and excellent wine list makes it worth every penny. We always look forward to our next adventure at Cuvée

Food, incredible. Service amazing. The food just keeps coming and coming. Every bite unique and delicious in its own way. Only 10 four top tables in the restaurant so it is a very intimate setting which adds to the experience in a way that most other restaurants can not compete. Our service was amazing, warm/friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable on what they are serving. Chef comes out to finish and go over a the dishes a few times during the experience which is a great touch. This is easily a can't miss tasting. If I attempted to describe the dishes, I would be doing them a disservice, so all I can say again is food:incredible, service:amazing.

Our experience dining at Cuvee was exceptional by all measures. The service was great, with a welcoming , knowledgeable, and attentive staff. All four of the courses that my wife and I ordered were wonderfully presented and delicious. The dining atmosphere was also very good with beautifully appointed tables and a comfortable space between diners. enhanced by soft background music. We'll definitely return for another perfect dining experience.

Dinner last night could not have been better. Service was impeccable as was the food. Always nice when the Chef comes out to chat and check to see how everything is. Bar far the best restaurant on the Cape. The inn is also exceptional.

Extraordinary. Each course requisite. Just right sizes. Lots of surprises and wondrous flavors. Romantic by the gas fireplace. Luz and the team of servers made us feel welcome and comfortable.

Unique dining experience. Jeff the owner, is very personable and was accountable and responsive to our concerns about a reservation glitch on their end and made up for it very well. The food was as good as my best meal in any NYC restaurant and we out often in fine restaurants. The chef makes such delicious meals flavored with amazing sauces and the portions for the tasting menu are larger than most. The grilled octopus was such a. Great medley of tastes and the pork and Japanese wagyu beef were amazing. Great wine selection. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful.I would highly recommend this for a special evening.

This was hands down the best meal and restaurant my husband and I have ever been to. They created a 7 course meal specific to us, and it was spectacular. The sommelier was fantastic as well pairing each course with a wine to compliment the flavors of the dish. The staff was so nice and attentive and the chef even came out so we had an opportunity to meet him. 10/10 and a must visit while at the cape.

Overall an absolutely wonderful experience. Very pricey, but if you really want an exceptional culinary experience, this is it. Our many thanks to Luiz and Sebastian who made sure we were treated like royalty. The French champagne recommended by Sebastian was incredible and paired perfectly with each course. Executive Chef Issac Olivo and his team produced absolutely 5-star plates. Each course was very complex with wonderful taste profiles and beautiful plating - all pieces of art. We did have some minor hiccups worth addressing in the future: the rather small dining room was very warm (say 76-78 degrees) when we arrived. We had to ask to the AC to be turned on, as we were both melting; we found bits of shell in the crab amuse bouche, which was unfortunate; the Chatham clams in the Spaghetti and Clam second course were completely over-cooked and had turned to rubber. However, the house made pasta was incredible. To their credit, the staff did offer to re-make the dish, but we decided to just move to the next course. The New England Lobster entree with mushrooms and lobster cream sauce was award winning. Well done. The Carrot Cake dessert was wonderful. Overall, one of the best top-end restaurant experiences we've found - and we travel quite a bit...our thanks to the staff at Cuvée.
