The most enjoyable evening and meal I’ve had in years. This is a culinary journey. Each course was a work of art to see and taste. The wine pairing was worth the extra charge. We experienced wines from all over the world. The chef and his staff paid attention to every detail to make our anniversary evening exceptional. We'll gladly make time to dine here again the next time we’re in town.
Stayed at Chatham Inn last night and dined at Cuvée and have to say it was outstanding! Javier the sommelier was terrific (and generous) with the wine pairings. The waitstaff is very well trained and professional. And the chef made a couple of table side visits to present the sauces, etc. Love that the menu is a tasting menu (4 course) but at least 3 choices for each course. Menu seems to change frequently but if I went back tonight- I’m not sure I’d change anything- every...
