The coffee roaster and chocolatier has setup shop in a former gym which also had a pool. 3 Fins renovated, including repurposing the pool into the main seating area for guests. Using stairs and ramps allowing access to the now empty pool, guests can sip their favorite coffee drinks in a very unique space. 3 Fins is bright and open with high ceilings with plenty of seating.

Hot and cold coffee drinks made with their own roasted beans are ordered and created just for you. This place roasts their own beans and takes the coffee business serious with pour-over options as an offering. Various pastries are available including muffins, croissants and the like. The coffee wins over the pastries which were good but nothing special and seem to be brought in. Coffee beans and chocolates are available to purchase.
