We had terrible service. Took forty five minutes to get a table when they had said 20. When we were seated, we waited 15 minutes before getting acknowledged. Had to ask for water three times. We had to wave down the waiter whenever we needed drinks or our check. We felt deemed as unimportant to the staff. Extremely disappointed.
Hidden gem of the resort with incredible food, we enjoyed multiple dishes and were impressed with every one. Especially the lobster corn dogs - w o w. Service was attentive and quick, and the prices are hard to beat. Coming from NYC we were thrilled to find food this good!
Atrocious service. Missed the mark in every conceivable way. Server was openly rude and dripping with contempt for my family from beginning to end, and it showed both on her face and in her miserably inattentive service. Not sure if it was our southern accents, my mother’s disability, or just poor training that led to such a terrible experience; but I expected much, much better from a place in this prestigious a property.
