Great brunch on the beach! Not inexpensive but portions were large. Both turkey club and lobster nachos were delicious, fresh, and hearty. Will definitely return. Great spot for girls weekend brunch.

We had high hopes for this place but ended up being pretty disappointed. The restaurant was not busy at all, but it took someone 20 minutes to come to our table after we were seated. Which was odd since there were a couple waitresses just standing around. The food was mediocre at best. Our steak wasn’t cooked correctly, the lettuce in the salad was soggy, the $12 kids Mac & Cheese was a bowl of Kraft, and the kids $8 fruit bowl was two small slices of watermelon.

The lobster cavatelli had so much lobster!! We also had shrimp and crab claws from the raw bar and those were so good
I am very certain this place is a gem during the day with sunshine. But after dark, our experience was not great. The patio, albeit enclosed by plastic walls, is chilly and uninviting, the dining hall’s atmosphere was more like a train station hall, loud, bright light, spaced out tables with lacking charm in decor. Loud hard rock music was playing, an interesting choice given the audience and idea of a nice dinner. We had two salads but the added protein seemed reheated. The best part of the dinner was our absolutely kind and fun waiter Nikola.

My husband's fish special was good but my swordfish was dry and had no flavor so they gave us a free dessert which was delicious. The ambiance was poor at best. I assume this is a nice casual resturant when the weather is good and there is not a wedding next door. But with the coverings down due to rain it was a dull, unpleasant experience. The cost of the food was much too high for an environment like this and the service was just okay. Had to look for our waitress several times during our meal. Would not return unless it was just for lunch on a pretty day.
Excellent spot for a resort style beach-side venue. I was surprised by the quality of the food and generous portions Valet parking.

We stopped in for a snack and a drink. Prettiest hummus plate I have ever seen and also very tasty.
Lively atmosphere. We sat by the bar to enjoy the view and environment. Staff was attentive and would love to come back and stay longer.

Chatham Bars Inn, indoor and outdoor options. Lobster nachos top notch. Can sit and bar and order appetizers and drink options. Great atmosphere. The place to be in Chatham.

Had a very disappointing dinner at the Beach House Grill at Chatham Bars Inn (a 5 star resort). We ate inside where the environment was chaotic, very loud, tons of people, and unpleasant; our server was unsuccessfully doing her best to make things pleasant; I was served cold rubber chicken on my salad, then asked for something more edible, and was given what looked like a previously frozen and flat chicken breast with fake grill lines that was lukewarm with some kind of random, light soy sauce on it; my barely tolerable salad was almost $30. I wish I had walked out then. This was a severe disappointment Chatham Bars Inn! Our purpose for dining there was to assess if we would like to stay there next year, and mission accomplished. I would not travel all the way to beautiful Chatham, Cape Cod, to stay at the Chatham Bars Inn.

First off this place is absolutely beautiful. I wish we had gotten there in the day to see the views. Secondly unless you are loaded I suggest you skip this place because the rich love to stare at those that are not here. The service was pretty terrible and it took over 30 mins just to get a water. The oysters were mediocre and the swordfish was dry. I love seafood and being by the ocean I figured theirs would be great but it was mediocre at best.

The Beach House grill is a very nice restaurant on a beautiful location! The workers were so nice and helpful when a seagull tried to get my food and knocked over my drink which fell onto the floor (lol). They gave us a discount for that! Food is amazing and well made! Definitely recommend going here when your in Chatham!

The Beach House at Chatham Bars Inn is a Cape Cod gem—an unbeatable mix of laid-back charm and breathtaking views. Dining here feels like stepping into a postcard: tables set right along the water with sweeping views over the Chatham Bars, the sand, and the Atlantic stretching out in front of you. The setting is so relaxing and picturesque, it’s hard to imagine a better place to enjoy a meal on the Cape.
The service is just as impressive—attentive, warm, and never rushed, which makes the whole experience feel effortless. And the food? Outstanding. The calamari is a must-try; perfectly crisp, tender, and seasoned just right. It’s honestly the best we’ve ever had—#1 without question.
