Ok to enjoy. But for the food/drink quality I think it is 69% compare to starbuck. People working here is not well training. Cant complain much so enjoy if you can find something to stick to it.

Clean for being a holiday.
I just want to say with it being a holiday, the young lady that was working the front, is very kind m, understanding and kind to my kids.
She even went out of her way, came over to where I had seated to clarify my coffee.

The donuts were stale, but the overall experience and customer service (even the bathrooms were pretty clean
had soap and toilet paper. Definitely a plus lol.)
I mean the fact...

I got rob coming to Drum Hill dunkin Donut, I ordered an Ice Tea, sausages eggs and cheese, with a Donut. They charged me $10.38 for the meal. When I got my order and drove off, I got to work and check on my food. I only saw 1 donut in the bag, and (no sausage eggs and cheese). I was very upset, last time coming here.
