Ordered a NY Strip, medium rare. The steak was cooked to perfection, but! I couldn't cut, or bite through the outer skin! There was absolutely no flavor! I was surprised, I've never had a steak prepared like this before. The server was super nice and took care of me, but I dint think I'll ever visit another location again.
I want to sincerely thank and uplift two incredible young women we met during our visit to 99 Restaurant in Chicopee: Kindra and Karlee Z.
Kindra was the first person we saw as we entered. Though soft-spoken, she radiated quiet grace and dignity.
