I never leave reviews, but I just had an order that was incorrect (and thus inedible for me) due to a glitch on Doordash, and Ava went above and beyond to help me. I’m a longtime customer at this location and the food is always wonderful, so to have such good customer service on top of that is something I applaud. I highly recommend the Chicopee Applebee’s!

So, I recently had a bad experience going to an Applebee's. It was not a great time at all. The manager was nice enough to not only persistently try to contact me, but she also apologized and even gave my family a gift card to make up for it. That not only made me feel better but also made me less frustrated and okay to go back there again. This may not have been a great experience, but they made things right and handled the problem very professionally.

Michelle our waitress was great! The manager was nice. Food was awesome! Michelle took great care of us, she truly cares about the guest, and her coworkers. She took great care of us. She had the cooks cut up our grandmother's cheeseburger in small pieces because of her lack of teeth...lol We were there during the snow storm, and watched the Patriots game! While all the other restaurants were closed, Applebees was open! Thank you Michelle, so much! Applebee's better...
