My order was missing nearly an entire meal out of the five we ordered. Fortunately we checked the bag before leaving the parking lot after receiving the bag after waiting 20 minutes. The replacement items then took an extra 5. The highlight of the night was the ENTIRE SPOUT from their sweet tea dispenser found in our large tea! (The tea wasn't even sweet.) The kitchen had to make the drinks since the fountain in the lobby was broken. Horrible experience!
this is the second time I PAYED FOR MY FULL ORDER BUT DIDNT GET EVERYTHING I PAID FOR. Every time I go there I order to king meals and a 10 piece nugget and every time they screw me out of the 10 piece nugget because they're too busy talking and playing.
Pathetic excuse for management working on 1/20/2017.
