My husband and I stopped at the Chicopee Mass. location. Our first time at a Chick-fil-A. The employees were pleasant and patient while we decided what to order. We had the chicken sandwiches. The chicken was a real filet, very flavorful, tender and juicy. We were very impressed!
Highly recommended. The service was very good and everyone was attentive. The food was also perfect. A special shout-out to the leader, Neal, who took my order. His friendliness and constant attention to the details of my order really make a difference.
I love Chick Fil A and this one is no exception! Even though it was busy lunch hour, the service was very fast! The staff is so friendly and helpful. The restaurant was nice and clean. This is one of the few places you can bring the kids to play in the indoor playground on cold or rainy days. Our food was hot and delicious. Awesome place overall!
