Very clean and peaceful location. Close to many restaurants and shopping.
My company had us stay here bc we had a conference in town. The staff was incredibly accommodating any time I asked for something! They have toiletries available if you ask. The gym is nice and has weight and an elliptical machine and treadmill and some other things. Pool is beautiful and heated! Very nice to put my feet in after walking all day :). Relatively okay hotel; nothing over the top fancy, little steeply priced around the Halloween period but considering the proximity to Salem it is to be expected. Rooms and furnishings are dated, in need of an update. However, hotel staff were incredibly friendly so that is really the reason this gets five stars not four.
