If a negative star was a thing I would give them 5 negative stars. My coffee is never made correctly and 99% of the time i get a rude person at the window
Poor customer service! Couldn't figure out how to give me a refund for an over charge on their special coffee offer for $5.99 Lb which should of been 11.98 and not 14.99. Told me I would have to go back tomorrow when the manager was in. Said the register was charging me the right price even though they were signs there stating national coffee day sale $5.99 lb. couldn't even give me a full refund if I told them to keep the coffee and give me the full refund
