I was here last Monday night at the 823 State Rd location. This was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had at a Dunkin. The kid working here was extremely creepy. Not just awkward or unfriendly genuinely creepy and unsettling to interact with. There was something about the way he behaved toward customers that made the entire interaction incredibly uncomfortable.

This dunkin used to be great when the had different staff. These people are rude, slow, and make your order wrong! I'm talking regular iced coffee, exactly how it comes made wrong, and this hasn't been just one instance.
This morning the DD app was giving me a hard time and instead of acting annoyed Bailey and the manager on duty Kailyn were very sweet while still being professional and accommodating managing to resolve the issue swiftly. I’ll be back to this location because of their excellent service.
