“Very good! 1st time ordering food. I ordered the Baja flat bread sandwich and sea salt chips. So delicious!! The only complaint is I sat in the drive thru over 10 mins... maybe I should have ordered ahead & or went in... but I guess as the others in line knew, it was worth the wait! I had the time to wait, so I wasn't too worried. The employee at the window was super polite and nice. Which make the long wait a little better. I would definitely be back!!“

“Today for the first time I went and tried it here for my decaf iced coffee. And then decided to try a donut. Oh my goodness. hands down, the best coffee and donuts I've ever had. It's incredible. Such a different taste to it all. In my opinion, it's just what we needed. 5 stars!“

“This place is great! It's the only place in the area that makes to-order fresh, all natural fruit and veggie smoothies and acai bowls and they are very delicious. They even make their own granola and delicious almond butter. I also enjoy the bliss balls and the fresh pressed juices are so delicious and healthy you want to go back for more. They even have these wellness shots to drink. It is a cute place and very welcoming. They are so friendly and have a great menu and you should check it out!Vegetarian options: Fruits and veggiesKid-friendliness: Grandchild loves the smoothies, juices and avocado toast!“

“The people who work there are super friendly and are willing to double check ingredients for you if you have allergies. The minus one star is because I went on Monday, May 30th and granted I didn't have a chance to eat the meals quicker but today I had to throw one out because of mold and I realized that the date on it was May 28! So it's a good place to go that will help you watch for allergens, but remember to check the dates on the food. :)“

“Lovely place for the most part I have always had a great experience. This morning was a different story unfortunately! Walked in @ 7:20 ordered my two shakes and a tea.. the young man had absolutely no personality.. seemed overwhelmed with phone orders and my order order as i did not call it in.. 25 minutes later all I had was my tea made. I had to get to work so asked if my shakes were even started yet which were not ! 25 minutes in!! At that time it needed to get to work so cancelled my shake order. So I paid top dollar JUST FOR THE TEA!!!! I don't feel like I should have to call in an order to get my stuff in a timely manner. Not sure I will be going back ... there are way to many places around to get the same product!“

“Really good coffeeshop that provided a much-needed dose of caffeine while exploring the area. The iced latte was really satisfying, and the bagel with honey and cinnamon cream cheese was really unique and good. The baristas were super friendly, and the whole coffeeshop was welcoming and non-fussy.“

“This Tropical Smoothie location is one of the ONLY healthier fast casual options in the north end, and it’s always busy because of that fact. Folks complaining in other reviews have obviously never made a smoothie before, preparing the food takes time, because it’s actually made with real ingredients.The service and food have always been good and consistent. Most of the employees have also been there for a long time, which really describes how this place is being managed correctly.The secret is to order on the mobile app. Never do the drive thru because you never know if a minivan mom is going to be in front of you with a 5 smoothie order with 3 orders of food, and then expects the food to come out in less than 2 minutes.Prices have gone up, but they are very consistent with other fast casual places in the area.The most annoying part about Tropical Smoothie is that they use styrafoam cups for their smoothies, that’s more of a corporate (they are based in the South) issue rather than a franchise issue, so I am not going to fault them for that.“
