This place has amazing specials every day. Sweet & Savory! The new owners are so sweet and genuine and are doing awesome in their new adventure. I hope everything goes smooth for them as they learn the restaurant business.

Just Another Phoenix is a convenient local diner with good breakfast and some lunch items. Service is great, with servers getting customers seated and waited on quickly, though it can be a bit slow due to staffing shortages. The cooks do an amazing job, and it is entertaining watching them hustle in the open kitchen. Eggs are always cooked perfectly, bacon is also perfectly crispy, and home fries are delicious, though some pieces can be unevenly cut and undercooked. Coffee is good with a full fresh flavor. Specific meals like eggs benedict and a ham, egg, and cheese on an English muffin are flavorful, with thick, juicy steak cut ham. A linguiça cheese roll has plenty of linguiça and cheese. Prices are moderate and affordable for the freshness and quality. Dine-in experiences are wonderful, but takeout food can be horrible and slow compared to eating there. It is a clean, friendly, and well managed restaurant. Overall, it is a solid breakfast spot delivering hot, fresh food in generous portions, worth recommending.
