We have been dining at Bamboo Dedham for many years and usually eat at the Bar. I must say the Food is well prepared and the Ambiance is also good. The service however since COVID is horrendous and the BarTender (I believe his name is Ray and he seems to work many nights) acts like he is doing you a favor by waiting on you. This is not a feeling by just me as I know a lot of people who have stopped going here because of his poor service and poor attitude. Too bad......this place would get more business by many of us but instead we now go elsewhere.

Super uncomfortable experience… says online open until 10:45 on friday. We came at 9:45 and they stood by our table waiting for us to order cuz the kitchen was closing at 10, thats fine and understandable. But then they stood by our table and watched us. And i say they because it was 2 the bus person and waitress. Stood by our table and watched us the entire time no joke just with their hands behind their backs watching us rushing us and at 10:30 she came over and said ok were closed now. If they closed before 10:45 it should say that or they should have told us it was closing when we came we woulda went to tahiti. The foods good but i wont be going back

Their food is superb. More expensive than others, but we think it's worth it. Their Salt & Pepper shrimp are the best I have ever had.

We had a lovely dinner. Excellent service- pleasant and efficient. Kept water glasses filled and paced our meal nicely. We got the Bo Bo Appetizer platter- lots of variety and all hot and delicious! The house fried rice was excellent- perfectly seasoned with lots of veggies and meats. Happly family was chock full of shrimp, steak, chicken and veggies in a delicious sauce. The sizzling seafood platter was beautifully presented with fresh scallops, shrimp, lobster and vegetables. The dining room was cozy with tables well spaced and lovely decor. Drinks and tea were great too! Yummy chocolate fortune cookies to end the meal!Parking: Easy parking right in front of the restaurant.

Horribly rude. Just a nasty attitude. Went on the recommendation of a friend. But we were met by the manager who was curt to begin with. When I asked if there was something wrong, he just glared at.me.with real anger in his expression. It was bad enough hat if I were not a big guy, it would have been frighteningAs it was, it was.it.just.ruined.the experience.

Came in to get dinner. Staff was rude and unhelpful. Didn't even get offered a seat. We ended up leaving. Go to any other chinese restaurant in the area.
