Waitress was friendly, it was relaxing environment
Decided to take my mom out for a post Mother’s Day dinner. From the moment we sat down til the moment we left we felt as if we were not quite welcomed. When we sat down we ordered tea and the sever attempted to grab the drink menu before we even had a chance to look at it. We had to ask for every condiment and when brought to our table it just seemed as if it were an inconvenience and was mot presented like we saw with other patrons. We were a big group and they were nice to acomodate all of us, we were about 15, and they did the best they could. The food was really good and very large portions.
However we felt the service could use a little help, one person handling multiple tables made it hard. It could be that's why she wasn't smiling much. We're grateful we were taken cared of but a smile goes a long way.

Bamboo restaurant offers fresh food with great service, serving dishes like salt and pepper shrimp, Bo Bo Appetizer platter, house fried rice, Happy Family, and sizzling seafood platter. The dining room is cozy with lovely decor and well-spaced tables, creating a comfortable atmosphere. Drinks and tea are also excellent. Many guests appreciate that the food is consistently delicious, and the restaurant is a favorite for Chinese/Japanese fusion dishes. It is a beautiful place with clean restaurant and bathrooms, and it appears to have a daily lunch buffet during the week. Parking is easy and convenient. While service can sometimes be inconsistent, many visitors find the food and drinks worth returning for.
