“My husband and I stopped here for breakfast we got sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, a hot coffee and an iced coffee. Our sandwiches were hot and tasty, our coffees were made perfectly, my coffee order is a little unusual and it was made to perfection. The service was fast and the staff very professional. The restaurant was very clean and welcoming. We had an amazing experience!“

“Good bubble tea and mochi donuts. Not cheap but definitely worth it for an occasional treat. I like their "coffee lover" and iced matcha drinks with bobba pearls. The store is bright and clean and the packaged snacks for sale are worth checking out.“

“You never know what to expect when a longstanding business changes hands but the new owners have done a great job of maintaining the spirit of Anna's Donuts and even bringing some upgrades - they now take cards, more menu options, etc. I recently stopped in during a heatwave to pick up donuts for the office. The owners were there working away turning out batches of donuts despite a broken AC and hot temps inside. The donuts were a HUGE hit in the office!

Additionally, when I asked for the specific mochinut I had been craving, he told me they were out, but would make one for me if I was willing to wait for that. The tea and mochinut were outstanding. “This was my first time at a bubble tea place in probably 10 years. There are a LOT more options now and the employee was so kind and patient, answering all of my questions and explaining the options. She even recommended using the computerized ordering system if I wanted to see photos. The Shared Tea lets you customize everything down to how much ice you want and how sweet you want your drink (great accommodation for those on special diets.) My lychee tea came with chunks of crushed lychee in it and was really delicious.

“Delicious cappuccino, and the donuts are WAY better than Dunkin! Their blueberry tasted homemade. They also have lemon filled and other fun ones.

I love that it’s a drive through.

They also, surprisingly, have a selection of bigelow teas, and I got a cranberry apple! Enjoyed it in front of a fireplace with friends.

“Received a DD gift card for Mothers day 2020 from my Gdot, so I used it at 1200 Hyde Park Ave location around 2:50 pm 5/18/ 20 where I was patronized by a very nice latino woman to be specific, ordering the back by popular demand Butter Pecan Iced Coffee, and the new to me Protien Muffin, who she had the food attendant gentlemen working with her retrieve, let me also remind you that during these Covid-19 times, I saw that I had to go inside due to no drive thru available. That was the best service I was given in years, my order in front of me within one minute, and the Muffin was bakery fresh, with the Iced Coffee made to perfection. What I fabulous team they have working here.“

Our favorites are vanilla glaze, everything donut, and the Apple fritter. Sometimes they have savory tarts which are SO good. We especially love the pride donuts they have every June. Blackbird employees are always so friendly and welcoming as well, which is also appreciated. Blackbird also delivers through DoorDash, and the donuts are always delivered fresh. The Newton location does not have a bathroom, fyi but that does not detract from the amazing food! Thank you Blackbird for being such a wonderful addition to our community!“

“Let there be…space! Most dunks in Brighton or any Bostonian neighbor/suburb are unable to fit my left leg never mind my hyperactive children! This dunks was a little different and allows space to breathe! Imagine that, people aren’t breathing directly on your donut or breakfast sandwich! Plus it was clean and the staff were all they need to be. While it’s nice to have that overly nice cashier at times, there are other times that you just want your damn coffee! Lol“

“This is my favorite Dunkin Donuts location in the area. There is a Koi Pond outside of it, and the area is very picturesque. The staff are friendly as well. The only downside is that they only have a few tables for seating inside, but I mostly do takeout.“

“I’m obsessed with the Portuguese sandwich. Iced coffee is drinkable black, which is all I really care about. Staff has always been helpful and they do their best to get us all served quickly. I couldn’t believe it was a whole honeydew inside the tiny gas station. I’m also a big fan of the coconut donuts.“
