I went through the drive thru this morning and ordered a hot vanilla chai and was told that they don't do iced chai... I advised I didn't ask for it iced. Then ordered a (specifically said) HOT french vanilla coffee. I was asked “hot or iced?â€. I said AGAIN, hot. Got to the window. I was asked again if the coffee was hot or iced. I said hot and handed the the girl at the window, Ciara, a $20 bill. She turned again and said “hot or iced?â€... at this point I'm just annoyed. I s

If you don't give a tip they will heat up your meal to the point where you can easily get a burn. Has happened twice.

A good spot for a quick cup of Joe and a breakfast snack. Pleasant staff and quick service.
The coffee is so over rated. They still use environmentally unfriendly styrofoam cups also.
6 tables, seating 11. Small lobby. One bathroom. Coffee's good with plenty of product available. Staff seems professional and friendly.
