Five Guys offers delicious food, but some find it expensive. Despite the mall parking, the slow service can be frustrating, with orders taking longer than expected. The Dedham location, however, impressed a customer with a friendly staff member, clean environment, and quick service. The burger was cooked perfectly with crispy bacon, while the fries were just as hot and delicious as remembered. Customers praised Five Guys for their great customer service and tasty, well-cooked food. Watching the food being prepared added to the overall experience, making it a treat worth coming back for.
The cashier is friendly most of the time, and the service is fast. Tables are clean and vacant since almost everybody orders their food to go. The entrance is at the street level, providing wheelchair accessibility. While one order was incorrect, the restaurant promptly handled the situation and provided a full refund. Despite long wait times for some customers, one employee was applauded for efficiently packing up orders.
