Ordered 2 sandwiches online. Arrived at the time stated. No customers waiting workers didn't appear to be busy. Sandwiches got started just then. Sandwiches were soak in oil and mayo. These sandwiches are our goto at JM. The sandwiches were soggy and gross. The cook came around the counter took a cup poured soda from the fountain machine. Drank it and used the same cup to refill it. (NASTY). A young girl cleaning a slicer throwing scaps on the floor (can you say bugs and mice) and finally no handicap access to the lack of snow removal.

The team members energy was not professional. One of the cashiers put my money on the counter instead of handling it to me in my hands and his excuse was it was his second day working. I paid for my sandwiches and then once I received my sandwiches in a loud voices behind as I walked away they all begin to yell out if I paid. They insulting each other with threats in front of customers. Food great but I might find another location if they don’t come together as a team.

I saw a roach in the back near a sandwhich station and when i said something and wanted a refund they refused and made it seem like my fault for saying something. costumer service is terrible and they did not seem to care about roaches in the back. do not go here

As a lifelong fan of Subway (and a person who hates change:)) I was a bit reluctant to try Jersey Mike’s when a friend recommended it to me a couple of years ago. My allegiance to Subway went right out the door with the first few bites of “The Club Sub” (which is what my friend recommended / raved about). Per his suggestion I ordered it “Mike’s way” and simply put this became one of my new favorite items to get anywhere if I am treating myself to any kind of takeout. I think the reason Jersey Mike’s is so good is because of how fresh all the ingredients are and how friendly and efficient everyone working the line making the sandwiches is. I have only been to this location and only about 5-6 times over the last 2-3 years, but every time I have been there an gotten this sub it always tasted incredible, the service was super fast and friendly and the place was very clean. The only downside to this location is that it’s located effectively just of/ practically on a busy rotary … but if you are a half decent driver you will be fine.
I can’t recommend The Club Sub made Mike’s way highly enough! Go Jersey Mike’s !

I usually order my subs from randolph and never had a problem . My 1st time going into the jersey mikes sub shop in dedham and I was very disappointed the server was rude didn't listen to what I wanted and rudely walked away from me . I called the shop after I left spoke to a lady on duty for that day and was very understanding to how I felt and went through and she knew exactly whom I was talking about and it was a language barea on his part also but again very rude . I was told to call the head manager that Friday I called the shop was busy they know my name and cell # still no call . I will never go back there to order i will stick with the randolph location there very polite and take care of there customers . Very disappointed in the dedham location. I love the jersey mike subs but not from dedham . I never want to go through that ever again 😪
