Had a GREAT seaside omelet, nutritious and delicious. Waiter Zack provided perfect service. Manager, Greeter, Maître D Casandra made me feel instantly welcome. She was everywhere doing everything during my stay. Oh, the view? STUPNDOUS!!!

Excellent place for a Saturday brunch! Wide views of the ocean from the top level, and in better weather, the louvered roof opens, however when we were there, the cold penetrated the room until we asked to turn the infrared heaters on. We're plan ingredients to go back this summer! Will let you know!

Celebrated my birthday at the Pelham House Rooftop last night and WOW. You cannot beat this place, the food was incredible, the view- it’s like you’re IN the ocean, drinks were tasty and unique, and service was phenomenal. Our waitress was Borie and she was wonderful, checking in on us the perfect amount. My husband and I were even treated to a glass of champagne on the house for my birthday. I would recommend this place again and again! Unfortunately didn’t get pictures of everything but pictured is the calamari, Spring Thyme cocktail and Espresso Brownie for dessert. For the main I got the fish and chips, probably the best I’ve ever had. Chefs kiss!

What should have been a lovely evening with my husband and two boys at the rooftop of Pelham House in Dennis turned into an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience.
We arrived as walk-ins on a Friday night and could clearly see multiple window-side tables sitting empty—prime seating that would have made the night special for my family. I politely requested one of those tables, only to be told by the manager, Hanna, that they were “reserved for reservations”—a policy I have never encountered before, especially when those tables remained visibly unoccupied.
I explained that we are frequent guests and were more than willing to wait for a window table, but she bluntly shut us down with a flat “No,” offering no flexibility, no courtesy, and frankly, no regard for customer experience.
The tone was dismissive, the interaction was cold, and the overall handling felt unnecessarily rigid and unwelcoming. For a place that prides itself on Pelham hospitality, this was shockingly poor service. What should have been a memorable family evening was completely overshadowed by this unpleasant encounter.

My whole family was there on the weekend, the food was very delicious and creative, and our server was very friendly. I ordered the cod dish, is the best cod ever, so fresh and perfect texture, Princesa (The head chef) is very talented, definitely come back again!!

My Mom and I both had the Maine Lobster roll with hot butter. It was sooo good. Our server was terrific. Had a great time!
Amazing as usual! One of my absolute favorite places to be and dine. It was my husband's first time and he is now hooked.
We try and go to the Roof Top at Pelham House frequently, especially in the off season months. They have great Thursday night special: Burger and a beer for $25.00. We always order the calamari appetizer which we find to be our favorite over any other restaurants. Everything we have ordered has always exceeded our expectations. Olivia was our waitress last evening and really was amazing. All of staff are well versed in customer service and never disappoint. Olivia was perfect .
Food is amazing here especially breakfast!

Service was top notch. Our server Olivia was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She elevated our dining experience at Pelham House. The burrata salad was full of flavor and a satisfying portion. The “secret” burger was cooked perfectly and served with a side of fondue to dip the burger in. Outrageously sinful and decadent. The short rib Mac and cheese was so good that I'll be dreaming about it until I can dine there again.

Very good spot great food good atmosphere very good bar. The only bad issue was the noise on the rooftop was very very loud.
We requested a low rise table on open table and were seated at a high top table. The appetizer of a rice bowl was bland. The veggie burger and beef burgers French fries and warm bread was good. Server was very friendly.
Great environment. The waitress was great, very responsive, made great recommendations and was interactive. Also- I was there for a show. The show was well done, and the wait staff during the show was amazing as well
Thanksgiving wasn't my preference of sides etc. Hardly anything was labeled for gluten or soy allergies for my guest. Still plenty to eat.
Our recent visit was for Thanksgiving dinner. It was very well organized. It exceeded our expectations from the raw bar to main course options.
