The Rooftop Restaurant at the Pelham House has been my favorite place to dine when I visit the Cape. All I can say is where has this beautiful restaurant been all my life! The food is creative and the seasonal menu is so great. On this visit I ordered the Fall Harvest salad and had the pumpkin creme brûlée, celebrating a fabulous Fall short stay on the Cape. Everything was outstanding...and my go to Vegan burger remains of consistent quality, and always pleasantly and satisfyingly delicious! The staff is always wonderful and this visit did not disappoint!
As soon as you step off the elevator the view is breathtaking. Wish I requested to sit at the window, but we were in the middle of the room, which was fine. There are regular and high tables. The ceiling heaters kept us toasty (10/24/25). Food was delicious, wish there was less “MP” items. My only complaint is the drinks were too expensive. It was our anniversary and were greeted with Happy Anniversary, and at the end our waitress brought 2 glasses of champagne....wonderful touch!! Amazing sunset sky...amazing atmosphere!!!!!
Went there for dinner. First time dinner and was treated extremely well. Food and service was great. Can beat the view from the top looking out onto the ocean. Can't wait to go back.
Experience not what we expected. Prior dinners were much better - food quality was not great, one meal had to go back it was terrible and service was not great. Seems that after peak season resources (kitchen and serving staff) are not up to par. Too bad the views are great - maybe the restaurant is trying to live off their laurels. Also, very pricey for what we experienced.
Awesome food and service. I highly recommend this spot. A bit loud for me, that said, I'll be back.
short rib mac & cheese very good. bbq sauce maybe a little too heavy and a little light on the short ribs.
It was hard not to order the rooftop burger which is always delicious but decided to try something different. Clam chowder was very good as was the harvest salad. My companion ordered the Philly steak sandwich with sautéed mushroom, peppers and onions and black garlic remoulade, american cheese on a ciabatta and it looked fabulous. What I will order for my next lunch there. It also came with a choice of sides which happened to be a smaller version of my harvest salad. Pricey at $28 for a sandwich but it ended up being two meals.
The restaurant has a lovely view. There is an extensive cocktail menu with numerous brunch options. The food menu also has a variety of offerings. The quality of the food is fine. They prepared my eggs just as I had ordered for my eggs benedict, and the hollandaise sauce was very good. We were warned in advance by the hostess that sitting at a tables next to the open windows might get too warm, but we opted to do so. Within thirty minutes of sitting there, we realized that we should have heeded the warning, and requested to be seated elsewhere. It suddenly became very hot in the direct sun. They accommodated us without any issue and our new table was very comfortable.
Noise is loud. Furniture steel/aluminum cold and uninviting. View through windows NOT OPEN AIR as the name “rooftop” might imply. Food was average.

We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff were very welcoming. We were give complimentary white wine. It was sweet for a celebration but, I am Unable to drink alcohol so, not the best. Ordered the red pepper humus expecting the roasted red pepper humus I love but, it was hot red pepper and too much of a contrast from the fresh produce served. Very lucky to have a window seat in a lovely ocean view night. The sole with a light piccata sauce was delicious. Over roasted asparagus, a lump flavorless potato clump, was not a great addition. My husband had the smallest lobster roll ever, about 4 inches long with fries. He thought it was delicious with great quality lobster meat. Finished with the key lime pie. Wonderful balance of key lime flavor and nice cake bottom. It was just a little too thick to not interfere with the pie's creaminess. Wonderful atmosphere!
The view and the staff were a wonderful dining experience . The drinks were perfectly made and friendly environment
Wonderful brunch and catch up with a friend. Weather and view couldn't have been better with the open windows and salt air. Food was very good and reasonable for the lovely setting.
