I will never visit this establishment. Management/owner refuses to take accountability for inaccurate orders and calls their patrons liars when pointing out they only got 1 clam and paid $17 for them (upcharge) on a fisherman's platter. Instead of making it right, providing the clams with no issues, patron called a liar, another patron called a c u n t and refunded $1 vs the $17 they should have been refunded. The owner/manager is extremely unprofessional and has zero regard for customer service. Yelling profanity because he was called out on an error made to an order. Stay away from this place unless you like being verbally abused and not getting what you pay for— absolutely unacceptable!
Yesterday was definitely my last time going to Sundancer’s. We sat on the deck. Luckily it was a gorgeous evening, as that was the only positive aspect of the time we were there. Drinks took absolutely forever. They were probably too busy prioritizing the super drunk crowd inside. We watched a sobbing, wasted woman have to be walked to a car, who would’ve fallen over if bartender wasn’t holding her up. She should’ve been cut off a heck of a lot earlier.
